Mona-Lisa is the Director of the Black Entrepreneur Startup Program at Futurpreneur Canada and also a Board Member of Pitch Better Canada. She is a lawyer by profession, but she has also worked in entrepreneurship, human resources, and economic development.

She is very active in her community, serving as President of the Women's Young Chamber of Commerce of Québec and on numerous other boards. She is a proud ambassador for the importance of inclusive governance and is involved with various organizations that promote

diversity, equity, and inclusion.
